I am a senior operations leader with more than 20 years of international experience driving service excellence, customer success, and sustainable growth.
Based in Shanghai, I currently serve as Senior Director of APAC Service Operations at Hempel, leading over 350 professionals across 10 countries.
My focus is turning strategy into action, using data-driven insights to optimize performance, and building teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Career Journey

My career spans multiple industries and continents, from production management in Denmark to global service operations in Europe, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
I have led teams as large as 700 people and successfully aligned local execution with global strategy in dynamic, multicultural environments.
